Rate a company you’ve dealt with

1. 1Open Ratings & reviews in your buyer dashboard (or click “Rate” next to an accepted enquiry).
2. 2Choose 1–5 stars and, if you like, add a title and a short review of your business experience.
3. 3Click Submit for approval. Our team checks it — usually it appears on the company’s profile after approval.
4. 4You’ll be notified of the decision. If it isn’t approved, you’ll see why and can edit and resubmit.

What gets approved

• Your own experience: responsiveness, product range, promotional support, delivery, documentation.
• Positive and negative ratings alike — we don’t remove honest criticism.
• Not approved: phone numbers, emails, links, personal attacks, medical claims, or ratings about a company you haven’t dealt with.

Editing a published rating sends it for approval again. You can remove your rating at any time.
