Who we are
We operate a business-to-business discovery and enquiry platform for the Indian pharmaceutical franchise and manufacturing trade. This draft must be finalised with legal counsel and a named grievance officer before launch.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, mobile, password hash). Business requirement data you enter (business model, therapies, location, budget ranges, licence/GST status as declared). Supplier company data and documents uploaded for verification. Technical data such as hashed IP address, browser type and usage events. We do not ask for identity documents, health data or payment card numbers.
Why we use it
To validate and route your requirement, operate your account, verify suppliers, prevent fraud and spam, provide analytics to suppliers in aggregate, and meet legal obligations. Each requirement records the consent version you accepted.
Who we share it with
Buyer contact details are shared only with suppliers matched to your requirement after validation (up to the limit in the Lead Sharing Policy), or only the suppliers you selected. Suppliers see contact details only after accepting a lead. We use service providers (hosting, email, WhatsApp Business Platform, payments) under contract. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can access and correct your data, withdraw consent for further sharing, and request account closure from your dashboard. Contact our grievance officer for other requests.
Retention
Requirement and lead records are retained for 24 months after last activity, and audit and billing records for the period required by law, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Retention periods are placeholders pending legal review.
Security
Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure cookies, verification documents are stored privately and served through short-lived authorised links, and sensitive actions are audit-logged.
