Frequently asked questions

What is a PCD pharma franchise?

PCD (propaganda-cum-distribution) is a model where a pharma company appoints a distributor to market and distribute its products in a defined area. Terms, minimum orders and territory rules are set by each company in its own agreement.

Is a monopoly franchise listed here legally exclusive?

No listing creates legal exclusivity. Territory status on this site reflects what the supplier last confirmed to us and when. Exclusivity exists only if it is written into your signed agreement with the company.

What does “Verified” mean?

Our review team checked documents the company uploaded (for example a drug licence or GST registration) and recorded the decision, date and validity period. It is not a product approval, a quality guarantee or an endorsement.

Who receives my contact details when I submit a requirement?

Our CRM team validates your requirement first. Your details are then shared only with a small number of matching suppliers (up to the limit in the Lead Sharing Policy), or only with the suppliers you selected if you did not consent to wider matching. Every share is logged.

Do I need a drug licence to start a PCD franchise?

Generally a distributor needs an appropriate wholesale drug licence and GST registration to trade in medicines. Requirements vary by state; check with your State Drug Control authority. We record your licence status only to help suppliers assess fit.

How are suppliers matched to my requirement?

A transparent rule-based score that weighs therapy fit, territory status, business model, budget compatibility, verification and profile freshness/response. Every match shows what fits, what is unconfirmed and what you should clarify. A score is not a quality guarantee.

Is this platform free for buyers?

Yes. Buyers can search, compare and submit requirements free of charge. Suppliers can list free and upgrade to paid plans for more leads and features.

Can I withdraw my consent or delete my account?

Yes. From your buyer dashboard you can withdraw matching consent for future sharing and request account closure. Records we must retain for legal or dispute purposes are kept for the retention period stated in the Privacy Policy.

A supplier sent me a poor-quality lead / a buyer was unreachable. What now?

Suppliers can raise a lead dispute from their lead inbox within the dispute window. Our team reviews the history and may credit the lead under the Dispute Policy.

Do you sell medicines to patients?

No. This is a business-to-business discovery and enquiry platform. We do not sell medicines, give medical advice or allow patient-facing listings.
