PCD pharma franchise

Everything you need to evaluate a PCD or monopoly franchise opportunity — and the companies currently listed with us.

How a PCD franchise typically works

A PCD (propaganda-cum-distribution) company appoints distributors who promote and sell its range in an agreed area. The distributor usually buys stock at agreed rates and receives promotional material such as visual aids and samples.

Before you sign, confirm in writing: the products and therapies included, minimum order and payment terms, whether the territory is exclusive (“monopoly”) and for how long, return/expiry policy, and the licences each party must hold.

Listings here show the terms a supplier chose to disclose, when its territory record was last confirmed, and whether our team has reviewed its documents. Missing information is shown as “Not disclosed”.
