The service
We provide a listing, matching and enquiry-management service. We are not a party to any agreement between buyers and suppliers, do not sell medicines, and do not guarantee territories, exclusivity, prices, orders or sales.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Business users must hold the licences required for the activities they advertise or pursue.
Acceptable use
No false, misleading or unapproved medicinal claims; no listings for products you are not permitted to supply; no scraping, spam or misuse of buyer contact details for unrelated purposes.
Paid plans
Plan prices, limits and features are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. Plans activate only after verified payment.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided as is. Draft — liability caps and governing law to be confirmed by counsel.
