Accuracy
Listings must be accurate and kept up to date. Territory records must be reconfirmed regularly; stale records are shown as Unconfirmed.
Products
New and edited products are reviewed before publication. Listings must not contain therapeutic claims, comparative superiority claims or promotional language aimed at patients.
Sponsored placement
Paid placements are always labelled Sponsored and never presented as verification or ranking by merit.
Removal
We may hide listings that breach this policy, the law, or that receive substantiated complaints.
