Privacy, consent and closing your account

Control how your details are shared, download or delete your data.
  1. 1Buyers: open Settings & privacy in your dashboard to withdraw matching consent for future sharing or request account closure.
  2. 2Companies: contact customer care to close your company account.
  3. 3For any data-protection request, use Customer care and choose “Data protection request”.

Some records must be kept for legal or dispute purposes for the period set out in the Privacy Policy.
